My space?
I need some serious input on whether a My space page is safe for a almost 14 year old to have. Kelsea really wants her own page and a friend of hers has already made her a page. I want to make sure it is safe. She says she can control who sees it but I am nervous only because I know nothing about My Space.

thoughts on myspace, if you allow kelsea to have an account there I recomend you looking at it every so often and you can set it to where only friends can view it. but there are creeps that can find there way in. it doesn't take much. I can tell you also that in this area the detectives look at it and scan through them for threats and all that good stuff. or red flag those that appear to be questionable kids/people. if you will known punk kids. etc.
HUm. . . 14 year old. I have an account and there is too much - not - so - good on other peoples sites that are open to the world. I even mentioned to a few of the people I know from HS I would not add them to my friends list unless they changed their backgrounds and pictures. There are some not so modest people oput there. I hope you don't bump into many. YOu should get a family account! DO not let them add ANY ANY personal information. a picture or so is OK. but places, last names, friends last names etc. totally OFF limits!
